We are excited for one of our newest theme nights, Zarautz.  This time we transport you to the beautiful coastal town of Zarautz in the Basque region of Spain where the sea views and the mountain backdrop offer some of the most breathtaking scenery.  The uniqueness of this region comes from its coastal and mountainous landscape which provides a variety of ingredients from fresh seafood to amazing meats and cheeses.  

Come get inspired by some of the most iconic regional dishes the country has to offer. Our chef has created a beautifully delicious menu, with dishes including pollo piperade, octopus murcia, patata tortilla, and tortilla de bacalao, just to name a few.

We are also incorporating the Basque drinking customs of the Sagardotegis (Basque cider houses) where cider is poured from high above a held glass to properly aerate the cider, making this a night of truly authentic experiences.

Between the tapas and the cider, you’ll feel like you’re right there in this elegant Basque seaside destination.  A&D carries on our globally inspired and locally sourced mission with our Zarautz nights as the chefs lovingly create another spectacular theme night not to be missed.
